문성후박사는 금융감독원, 두산그룹, 포스코 등에서 분쟁조정, 마케팅, 사내 변호사를 역임하였고 현대자동차그룹에서 General Counsel이자 전략기획담당 임원을 역임하였습니다. 연세대학교 법과대학 및 동대학원 법학과를 졸업하였고 미국 보스톤 대학교 MBA, 조지타운 대학교 로스쿨 LL.M. 서울과학종합대학원 경영학 박사를 취득하였습니다. 경영학 박사는 CSV(Creating Shared Value)를 주제로 취득하였고, 2019년 세계지식포럼(World Knowledge Forum)에서 ‘평판’세션의 좌장으로 참여하였습니다. 현재 법무법인 원 고문이자 ESG센터장으로 재직중이며, 한국 ESG 학회 부회장이자 연세대학교 일반대학원 겸임교수로써 ESG와 리더십을 강의하고 있습니다. 문성후박사는 ESG, 평판, 리더십 전문가로서 강연, 컨설팅 등을 하고 있으며 ‘ESG 에센스’, ‘리더의 태도’ 등 총 7권의 저서를 저술하였습니다.

Dr. Moon, Sunghoo has held positions in arbitrator, marketer, and as an in-house lawyer respectively at the Financial Supervisory Board, Doosan Group, and POSCO, and has served as General Counsel and Executive Officer for Strategic Planning at Hyundai Motor Group. He graduated from Yonsei University Law School and its Graduate School of Law, earned an MBA from Boston University, an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, and a PhD in Business Administration from Seoul  School of Integrated Sciences and Technologies. His PhD focused on ‘Creating Shared Value (CSV)’, and in 2019, he chaired the 'Reputation' session at the World Knowledge Forum. He is currently an advisor and the head of the ESG Center at Law Firm One, serves as the vice president of the Korea ESG Association, and is an adjunct professor at Yonsei University Graduate School, teaching ‘ESG’ and ‘Sustainable Leadership’. Dr. Moon is an expert in ESG, reputation, and leadership, engaging in lectures and consulting, and has authored seven books including 'ESG Essence' and 'The Leader's Attitude.’
